Strong Bladder/Weak Stomach
Digestion is a major factor for the health of individuals who have this constitution. Foods that are cold in nature or temperature can cool down an already cold stomach, causing uneasiness and paranoia. The key to health for this constitution is to eat foods that are warm in nature and temperature, and to avoid overeating. Individuals with this constitution should also be careful to avoid perspiring excessively.
A condition that is found in many individuals of the vesicotonia constitution is gastroptosis, in which the lungs drop downward and reach the bladder. Those who suffer from gastroptosis should always eat little and lie on their side for a short period of time after meals. They should completely abstain from barley and pork. It is also imperative that perspiring is avoided by swimming or taking cold baths.

Vesicotonia individuals are born with small stomachs, and many of them have gastroptosis. Therefore, they should always eat in small amounts. The beneficial and harmful foods for this constitution are similar to the diet of the renotonia constitution.
